“Hydrogen exchange analysis in biotherapeutic contexts”
January 30, 11:00 am, CHEM 0112, University of Maryland Chemistry Department
Our lab uses the amide H/D exchange labeling technique combined with mass spectrometry to probe the conformation and dynamics of proteins and protein complexes. We apply these techniques to better
understand intrinsically disordered proteins and aggregation in therapeutic proteins.
Paid parking is available at roof level of Regents Dr. Garage across the street from Chemistry Building. UMD also runs a shuttle to College Park Metro station.
